Bulk importing teachers across your school or district
The fastest way to set up connecthub.io is to bulk import teachers into connecthub.io. If you have access to your school’s Student Information System, or if a secretary can help you out – you’ll be up and running quickly!
Step 1: Grab the bulk import template here.
Step 2: Export the information from your school/district SIS.
Step 3: Make sure the building names in your spreadsheet match the spelling and format under Settings > Buildings.
Step 4: Upload your spreadsheet here. Be on the lookout for an email letting you know that you had a successful import.
If you run into any errors, shoot us an email at contact@connecthub.io! We can help you troubleshoot your import, typically same day. 🙌
If you’re on a Team account type and don’t have the ability to add educators, contact your platform admin so they can enable the feature for you.
Exporting your data for Google Certified Coach
Are you a Google Certified Coach? If so, we have specific exports available for you in your My Activity Dashboard.

Exporting Interaction History
You can export your data from the platform at any time.
Step 1: Go to your My Activity dashboard
Step 2: On the right-hand side choose Export Interactions
Step 3: Access your exported data in a .csv file
Importing Interaction History
Have you been tracking your interactions with a spreadsheet already? If so, you might be interested in importing that information to Connecthub.io. We’re here to help.
Step 1: Transfer your data into this Interaction Template
Step 2: Go to your My Activity dashboard and choose Import Interactions from CSV.
Step 3: You’ll be prompted to review your data. At this point, you can also add tags to each interaction before uploading it to connecthub.io.
Step 4: Submit! You might need to go back to edit your spreadsheet based on a number of errors with teacher names not matching teachers in your system. If errors occur, you will be emailed a list of errors when you try to submit.
Exporting Coaching Cycles (NEW May 2022)
If you have been using our Coaching Cycles feature or would like to import your existing coaching cycles data, our new tool launched in May 2022 will support this process.
Step 1: Go to the Coaching Dashboard
Step 2: Go to Import/Export in the top right corner
To import your Coaching Cycles, please use our template that can be found here to format your data correctly for our system.
To export your data from Connecthub, simply select “Export Cycles” and a CSV files will download to your device.
Exporting Educator Database
If you need a CSV of the educators who are already in your database, complete the steps below.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Site
Step 2: Under the box titled “Buildings” you can use the green “Export Educators” button. Complete this for each building you would like to export.
