Introduction to data dashboard

All of the data from your interactions are displayed and accessible in the Engagement Database. Within the Engagement Database, you will have access to four dashboards: 1) Interactions, 2) Coaching Cycles, 3) Teacher-Level, and 4) Coaching Team.

Each dashboard serves a unique purpose and provides you with varying levels of data types. Within each dashboard, you can filter by dates range, educators/coaches, tags, and more. This allows you to have control over the data that you see and showcase.

The power of your data 💪

Connecthub helps track trends in interactions and measures educator growth in coaching cycles. Through the dashboard you can:

  • Find educator support trends
  • Measure your impact
  • Reflect on coaching to improve
  • Advocate for coaching

Different dashboard types and ways to use them

Interactions: The Interactions Dashboard houses all of the interactions that you’ve submitted over a set period of time.

Coaching Cycles: The Coaching Cycles Dashboard houses all coaching cycle interactions that you’ve submitted over a set period of time.

Teacher-Level: The Teacher-Level Dashboard houses all teacher interactions that you’ve submitted over a set period of time.

Coaching Team: The Coaching Team Dashboard houses all non-educator interactions that you’ve submitted over a set period of time.

Protecting coach-teacher confidentiality

Coach-teacher confidentiality is important for maintaining healthy relationships. User types have different view settings of the Engagement Dashboards. District Admin has access to all levels of data. Coaches have access to all levels of their own data (cannot see other coaches data). Principals have access to interactions and coaching cycles (principles can’t see teacher level information on the coaching cycles report). Principals do NOT have access to coaching team or teacher-level databases.
