If you have an existing account and your district has just purchased a multi-coach account, you will need to follow a few steps to join your district.
District Administrator Directions
1. Go to Settings > Users and choose “Invite Users” in the top right corner.
2. Create the profile for the new user.
3. Once you complete all the tasks and hit submit, you will get an error saying “The email has already been taken. Request to Migrate User”

4. Select “Request to Migrate User“
5. Be sure to select “REQUEST MIGRATION” in the bottom right corner of the window before leaving the page.

The user will be sent an email with the request.
User Directions
Since your account will be wiped in the process of merging, you will need to export your existing data so you can import it back into your database once your account is merged. Below we have the process outlined with more details and troubleshooting after.
1. Export your interactions, your educator database, and your coaching cycles. Please make sure know where these files are saved on your computer before proceeding to step 2.
2. Accept your request to migrate your account. This was sent via email when your district administrator followed the instructions above.
3. Log into your account and confirm you have been added to your team’s account by going to Settings > Account. You will see an alert that your account is managed. See screenshot below before proceeding to step 4.

4. Re-import your data.
Below you will find the directions to steps 1-4 and common questions/troubleshooting tips!
Bulk Export Educators
Step 1: Go to Settings > Site
Step 2: Under the box titled “Buildings” you can use the green “Export Educators” button. Complete this for each building you would like to export.
Bulk Export Interactions
Step 1: Go to your My Activity dashboard
Step 2: On the right-hand side choose Export Coaching
Step 3: Access your exported data in a .csv file
Bulk Export Coaching Cycles
Step 1: Go to the Coaching Dashboard
Step 2: Go to Import/Export in the top right corner

Bulk Import Educators
If you are looking to import educators from your SIS, please find the directions here. The directions below are specifically for importing your educators after migrating your account.
If you don’t have the “Add Educator” button, your district administrator has removed the privilege from your account. Please contact them with further questions.
Step 1: Locate your CSV file you exported before migrating your account.
Step 2: Make sure the building names in your spreadsheet match the spelling and format under Settings > Site.
Step 3: Upload your spreadsheet here. Please read the warning below before proceeding. Be on the lookout for an email letting you know that you had a successful import.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to pay attention to the deactivation features in this process. If your district administrator has given you access to import educators using a CSV and you are only updating specific schools in your district, your import WILL impact other schools! We highly recommend watching the video below before uploading your educators.

Bulk Import Interactions
Step 1: Go to your My Activity dashboard
Step 2: On the right-hand side choose Import Interactions
Step 3: Access your exported data in a .csv file
You may run into issues importing interactions with deactivated educators. We recommend creating educators for those deactivated educators, importing your file, then deactivating them. Alternatively, you can remove those interactions from your file.
ERRORS: You will see an error alert in a table that you can click to review any import errors. The most common errors we see here are tags or interaction type errors. This is normally caused my your new Connecthub.io missing the interaction types or tags you’re trying to import with the CSV. Please contact your district administrator to update those under Settings > Interactions.
Bulk Import Coaching Cycles
Step 1: Go to the Coaching Dashboard
Step 2: Go to Import/Export in the top right corner

To export your data from Connecthub, simply select “Export Cycles” and a CSV files will download to your device.
