Troubleshooting your data

The Main Dashboard data isn’t calculating correctly.

This block determines school year based on your District’s site settings. You can configure them under Settings > Site. Be sure your school year dates are current.

You’ll also want to make sure you’re entering meeting duration lengths in your interactions.

Does my data go away with the beginning of each school year?

No. Your data is available indefinitely and can be viewed at any time in the educator’s profile or under your Engagement Reports. Be sure to adjust your date filter when looking for older dates.
